At HyperBuds, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and transparent manner across India.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order confirmation and payment verification.

During high-demand periods such as sales or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India (serviceable pincodes only).

3. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and dimensions.

We may offer free shipping on selected orders or above a specified order value, which will be clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order through the courier partner’s official website.

7. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.
You will be notified accordingly, and applicable shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery.

If the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

Please check your package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged or tampered, kindly refuse delivery or inform the courier immediately.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at help.hyperbuds@gmail.com with relevant details.

After verification with the courier partner, we will provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Order Cancellation or Modification

You may request order cancellation or changes before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
