Return & Refund Policy – HyperBuds

At HyperBuds, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Used, worn, or damaged items not caused during delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

Once your request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • In eligible cases, a return shipping label may be provided

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • In such cases, DMRumisha will arrange return pickup or reimburse shipping charges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos and order details

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
  • Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10–15 business days:

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
