At HyperBuds, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Used, worn, or damaged items not caused during delivery
- Products returned without original packaging or tags
3. Return Process

Once your request is approved:
- We will provide return instructions
- In eligible cases, a return shipping label may be provided
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- In such cases, DMRumisha will arrange return pickup or reimburse shipping charges
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and order details
After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
- Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If you haven’t received your refund after 10–15 business days:

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
